These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the a hapi day website and mobile applications (the "Platform"). By accessing or using a hapi day, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms.
a hapi day is a platform that connects customers with event-service suppliers. a hapi day does not itself provide event services and is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a supplier. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of services provided by suppliers listed on the Platform. Quotes, bookings, and payments for event services are arranged directly between customers and suppliers.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Platform. Prohibited behaviour includes harassment, transmitting offensive or misleading content, or disrupting the normal operation of the Platform.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Payment terms are shown at the time of subscription. a hapi day may change subscription fees on reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice and without liability, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties.
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of a hapi day or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Suppliers grant a hapi day a licence to display the content they upload for the purpose of operating the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, a hapi day and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, or from any dealings between customers and suppliers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Platform.
